I loved being able to walk outside in the morning onto the Bebelplatz. The hotel is located near all the main attractions in this city, making sight-seeing convenient. The rooms were clean, luxurious, and comfortable, and the attention to detail in the bathrooms, with heated floors and towel racks. The hotel facilities were also great, with a cute reception area, a stylish cocktail bar, a relaxing restaurant, and a fine rooftop terrace offering very nice sunset views. The basement pool and spa area, utilizing the former bank vault, provided a soothing retreat after a busy day of exploring.

The elegant main restaurant, located next to the State Opera House, offers a stunning view of the city while enjoying a delicious meal. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of Museum Island, home to some of the world's greatest museums. The location is perfect for exploring the famous sights of the city. At night, the area around the hotel is very dry and free from shadows, creating a serene atmosphere.

There were some issues with the service in the bar, with some staff members being less efficient and charming than others.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being situated next to the cathedral and close to the most famous sights in the city. We were able to walk to Unter den Linden, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, and Checkpoint Charlie without any hassle. There were plenty of delicious dinner options nearby, although the immediate area was a bit dry in the evening with no shadows. The room we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable, providing a perfect stay. The bathroom was also impressive, with impeccable housekeeping. The breakfast offered a top-class experience with a wide range of options, including smoothies, perfectly prepared eggs, and unique dishes like coconut chia pudding. The hotel had an intimate atmosphere and provided excellent service, making our stay memorable.

The concierge team were really nice too ensure we had the best possible experience in exploring the city. From providing valuable guidance and making reservations, they were always there to assist us. the staff at the hotel were friendly and cute, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Breakfast at the elegant main restaurant was a delight, with a wide selection of delicious dishes. Although the pastries seemed a bit industrial, the overall dining experience was fantastic.

Great location near famous landmarks, stylish decor, excellent service and helpful staff. Convenient transportation options. Generously surprised with champagne and chocolate for our anniversary. Ground staff, housekeeping, and portiers went above and beyond. Enjoyed hiring bikes from the hotel. Onsite restaurant and breakfast were superb. One small issue at checkout.

This hotel impressed us with its luxurious amenities and high-class service. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were exceptional and provided a truly relaxing experience. the massage treatments and facial care fulfilled all our expectations, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. the make-up services and beauty treatment options were exclusive and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. the restaurant offered delicious dishes, and the private facilities added to the luxurious ambiance. the location was perfect for our needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of proper live entertainment options and limited bar/lounge area. Despite this, the venue was spectacular, and we did not feel that we were missing out on anything significant.
